- Establish and support a Food Safety program
- Support in implementing and training to develop Good Agricultural Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices and policies for your crops, packing house operations and Distribution center.
- Monitor the status and operation of the Food Safety Program.
- Establish a plan and fulfill the requirements for the EPA (Environmental Protection Act) concerning toxic residues.
